What to do while you're waiting for the job offer or rejection:
Eat breakfast very slowly
Drive around in the rain
Visit the new thrift store you've been wanting to visit
Call husband "just to say hi" and try really hard not to ask him if he's heard anything because you know he hasn't
Refrain from eating lots of ice cream
Cuddle in bed with baby and watch youtube videos on the ipod
Visit a friend and not mention anything about... the waiting
I'm working on jam-packing the next few days with activities. Hopefully, the news will come without me willing it to happen. They better be right--those people that say worrying doesn't help. Or I'm gonna be real mad.
